Consent to publication is complex. By and large, all images such as ma-photo have an artistic purpose and go outside the GDPR, but for publication on social platforms and for marketing purposes a written consent is preferred. Of course, the fact that you stand in front of my camera and also poses it is a kind of consent, but a limited one. When you are on a consent and are published on e.g. Instagram also applies to their policy which means that you as a customer should also be familiar with their policy. If you have any questions and concerns, please contact me.

Below you can see my consent, which you can also download.

Sale of pictures

No images are resold where persons participate without consent and with a special agreement for the sale of the specific image (s).

Image selection

The photographer makes the selection of the images that can be approved and thus delivered. Several images are edited, but if you want more edited images, a cost will be added according to the website's information.

With this agreement, photos and films are stored in må-fotos' archive for 20 years and can then be further extended with a new approval from you.

Do you want us to remove your image or movie from places where it is used by me? Remember that photos can belong to different agreements if you have been photographed several times. Indicate which photo opportunity it is and contact me at and we will discuss the matter. Please note that the use of the image will not be affected if you withdraw your consent after the image has been used.

Unpublish photos on social media

Keep in mind that even if I delete an image or movie, it may have been shared and distributed in other ways, and I can therefore not guarantee that it is completely removed. Please note that the use of the image will not be affected if you withdraw your consent after the image has been used.

Information about your personal information

According to the Data Protection Ordinance, you have the right to know how your data is processed. You have the right, free of charge, on one occasion, to receive a copy of the personal data about you that we process. If you want more copies, you may have to pay a fee. If you have a complaint about our processing of your personal data, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Swedish Data Inspectorate.

* Clarification regarding age: In the case of children under 13 years of age, the guardian's consent should always be obtained. Children over the age of 16 have a certain legal capacity and can, for example, dispose of their own earned income. As a rule, they should also be able to give a valid consent to the processing of personal data. For children between the ages of 13 and 16, it may be assessed in each individual case whether the child can be considered to be able to understand the consequences of a consent. Factors that can form the basis for the assessment are, for example, how sensitive the information is, what purposes the information is to be used for, how long it is to be stored and the age of the child.
