ILLEGAL USE

 

In the event of unauthorized use, alteration or processing of images, compensation is paid corresponding to the photography fee or the current archive image price. A damages corresponding to at least the same amount, ie 100% surcharge, will be added to this price.

Editorial license: The purchase of a digital file includes the right to use the images for private use. If the images are used in social media, the photographer's consent and name are required. If the images are to be used in contexts other than private, the customer must contact the photographer to agree on the extended use that may lead to additional charging.
